I know how to make club penguin look like penguin chat 3! first of all be dark blue And then go to the coffee shop night club and town and put on penguin chat 3 music then make your igloo into a band and look like the public igloo then put TAS 100 Ive Been Delayed music or the penguin chat 3 music then get penguins to play drums and stuff and it will be like penguin chat 3!
